PHILOSOPHY

Sex is important whether you are a man, woman, single, young, senior, married, divorced, widowed, separated, ugly, beautiful, healthy, or well. Sex is pleasure, self-expression, and procreation. Sex is energy.

Not only is it important for our health and well being, it is necessary for the survival of the human race. Our sexual desire is as strong as our desire to eat. Sex affects us on a personal cellular level

APPROACH

Clinical Sexology is a process that allows the client to set and achieve their own desired goals and outcomes.

As a Sexologist, I apply a holistic approach considering your physical functionality, biological functionality, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, actions, emotions, body image, negotiation skills, sexual patterns, fantasies, communication, and knowledge about sex. It all counts towards your sexual health.

When consulting clients, I use the PLISSIT talk model. The PLISSIT model includes permission giving, limited information, specific suggestion, and intensive therapy.
